Available for arbitrations nationwide and in Canada. Hourly Rate generally is $495 for both hearing and study time. (For smaller cases under certain AAA programs, the rate is reduced.) Travel expenses (outside Atlanta Metro Area) are billed at cost. Travel time generally is not billed. Work during travel is billed as study time.

No cancellation fee; however, the fees for any pre-hearing study time prior to notice of cancellation will be due.
